Cancellation Policy

• For single-day tours: You can cancel 48 hours prior to the starting day to claim a full refund.

• For overnight tours: You can cancel 14 days prior to the starting day to claim a full refund. 

• For a group of 4 or more or tailor-made/private events: You can cancel 10 days prior to the starting day to claim a full refund. 

In case of cancellation, you can decide to either move your bookings to a further date. You can also get True Nature Sweden Gift Cards to use whenever you want. You can, of course, get a full refund. Brighter days are on the way and we are sure that you don’t want to miss your tour with us.
