1-Day Survival & Bushcraft
Team Building in Stockholm
Private outdoor team building in Stockholm for company kickoffs, corporate events and group challenges
Survival Team Building – Take Your Team Beyond the Office
Forget conference rooms and predictable team-building exercises. Take your colleagues into the Swedish wilderness, where the challenges are real, the solutions aren't always obvious, and teamwork makes all the difference.
This full-day survival and bushcraft experience near Stockholm puts your team to work. Make fire from scratch, prepare a meal over open flames, craft primitive traps and find your way through the forest using nothing but a map and compass.
Some challenges will test your patience. Others will demand creativity, communication and a little determination. You'll need to make decisions together, adapt when things don't go to plan and discover who has a hidden talent for wilderness survival.
And just when everyone thinks the hard work is over, there's one final challenge: build a shelter with limited equipment, get a fire going and prepare a well-earned Swedish fika beneath the roof you've built together.
No staged corporate games. No survival experience required. Just a proper day outdoors, a healthy dose of challenge and the satisfaction of achieving something together.
Designed for company kickoffs, corporate team building and private groups looking for something beyond the ordinary.

Is this survival team building suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. No previous survival, bushcraft or navigation experience is required. Our instructors introduce each activity and provide guidance throughout the day.
How physically demanding is the experience?
Expect a full day outdoors, walking through forest terrain, gathering materials, building shelters and taking part in practical challenges. A reasonable level of mobility is recommended, but no specialist fitness or outdoor experience is necessary.
Can we book this experience for a company kickoff in Stockholm?
Yes. This is a private outdoor team-building activity designed for company kickoffs, corporate events, department outings and other group occasions. Contact us with your preferred date and group size to discuss the arrangements.
What happens if it rains?
The experience is designed to take place outdoors in typical Swedish weather. Rain can even make some of the survival challenges more interesting! Activities may be adapted when necessary, and safety always takes priority in severe weather.
Do we need to bring our own survival equipment?
No. We provide the equipment required for the organised activities. Participants only need suitable outdoor clothing, sturdy footwear, a water bottle and personal essentials.
Is lunch included in the team-building experience?
Yes. Preparing lunch over an open fire is one of the day's activities. It's an opportunity to work together, learn outdoor cooking techniques and enjoy a meal in the forest. Please inform us about dietary requirements in advance.
Can the activities be adapted to our company's needs?
The experience is arranged privately, so we can discuss your group's size, experience and practical requirements before confirming the programme.
Can private groups book this experience, or is it only for companies?
Private groups are welcome too. Whether you're organising a company event or a day outdoors with friends, contact us to discuss your plans.
Real Wilderness Skills. Real Teamwork.
At True Nature Sweden, survival and bushcraft aren't just themes for corporate games. They're skills we teach on our wilderness survival courses.
For this private team-building experience, we've turned those skills into a series of accessible but meaningful challenges.
Your colleagues won't simply watch an instructor demonstrate techniques. They'll gather materials, make decisions, work with their hands and discover how much can be achieved through cooperation.
Our aim isn't to turn your employees into survival experts in a single day. It's to give them an enjoyable challenge, something new to learn and a shared experience worth talking about long after returning to the office.
The Wilderness Team Challenge
A day in the forest, a series of practical survival challenges and a team that will need to work together to succeed.
Fire-Making Challenge
Can your team get a fire going without matches or a lighter? Gather suitable materials, prepare tinder and learn to use a fire steel. Patience, technique and cooperation will make all the difference.
Outdoor Cooking – Lunch Around the Fire
Time to put those flames to good use. Prepare a fresh wilderness lunch together over an open fire. Divide the tasks, get cooking and enjoy a proper meal in the forest.
Primitive Trapping & Bushcraft
Discover how traditional survival traps work. Find suitable wood, practise basic carving techniques and construct a primitive deadfall mechanism. A hands-on challenge requiring precision, creativity and a little perseverance.
Navigation Challenge – Find Your Way
Leave the familiar paths behind. Armed with a map and compass, your team must navigate through the forest, locate checkpoints and make decisions together. A wrong turn? Time to rethink the plan.
The Final Survival Challenge
Everything comes together in one last mission. With limited equipment, your team must choose a suitable location, build a shelter, light a fire and boil water.
The reward? A well-earned Swedish fika beneath the shelter you've built yourselves.
No previous survival experience is needed, but expect to be challenged. That's part of the fun.
PRACTICAL survival & bushcraft skills you can apply on any hiking or camping trip
